CANCELLATION POLICY:

At Kids Cooking Connection, we understand that plans may change and unexpected events may occur. We want to make sure our cancellation policy is fair for both our customers and our organization. Please read the following guidelines carefully before making a reservation for our classes and camps.

Cancellation- 14 days before the start of the class: If you need to cancel your reservation for our class, we will provide a full refund. Finding someone to fill your spot: If you are unable to attend the class, and it is after the 7-day refund period, you have the option of finding someone else who can take your place. Please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements. This option is subject to approval by Kids Cooking Connection, and any changes must be made at least two days before the start of the class or camp.Ordering supplies in advance: We order supplies in advance based on the number of reservations we receive. As a result, last-minute cancellations may cause us financial loss and disruption to our program. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

ACT OF GOD AND WEATHER CLAUSE:

If Kids Cooking Connection has to cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or extreme weather conditions, we will do our best to reschedule the class at a later date.

We understand that unexpected events may occur and can disrupt our plans. In such situations, we will do our best to accommodate everyone involved and find a suitable solution for all parties. We value the safety and well-being of our chefs and staff above all else.
