The Science of Desserts - Ages 7 and up

In this tasty class, Instructor Bree will experiment with the Science of the Souffle. Kids in this class will learn the physics and chemistry of whisking eggs into one of the most favorite of all desserts as they create a chocolate souffle and homemade whipped cream.

The Science of Beverages - Ages 7 and up

April 7th, 10-11:30am

Join us as we dive into the science of beverages.  Learn about chemical reactions as we take on: The Sweet Tea Experiment, Simple Syrup Soda and the Magic Color Changing Lemonade Experiment.  Finishing with a blast - Diet Coke and Mentos.   

The Science of Pizza - Ages 7 and up

February 24th, 10-11:30am

Put on your lab coat and explore the science of everyone’s favorite treat! In this class we will learn through hands-on activities the mechanics of yeast, how cheese is made, and what gives crust that crispy, crunchy texture. We will end the class with a slice of homemade pie!

We can no longer offer refunds or credits within 7 days of the class date.  This includes missed classes from illness or reasons beyond our control.When you enroll and pay for a class, we determine the amount of food we will purchase, materials and work spaces set up for a class.

*You may send another person to fill your spot or transfer to another class if space is available.*
